The country’s best competitive shooters are prepping for Olympic Qualification starting with this year’s World Championship in South Korea.
And the future of America’s shooting team may just be female. In 2016, all three medals won by Team U.S.A. went to women.
Like six time medalist Kim Rhode. Standing at 5' 4", this California native is the most successful Olympic female shooter of all time.
And she may be on track to medal in Tokyo. This year, Rhode has already broken her own record in skeet shooting and scored her 21st career world cup gold medal.
All that female power may come in handy in the new mixed team events in Air Pistol, Air Rifle, and Trap.
